摘    要:中国石油天然气股份有限公司辽河石化分公司催化裂化装置的轻柴油换热器管束,自投用以来经常发生腐蚀泄漏,虽多次对管束进行材质升级,但效果不佳。经调查分析,原因是该换热嚣壳程循环水(采暖水)流速过低,使得粘泥等杂质沉积形成泥垢,水与垢两相中的氧浓差形成了电化学腐蚀。通过采取改变换热器流程及对循环水(采暖水)进行处理等措施,使设备的腐蚀得到了控制。

Abstract:The light diesel heat exchanger of FCC unit in PetroChina Liaohe Petrochemical Company has experienced frequent corrosion leakages since it came on stream. Although the material of construction of tubes has been upgraded several times, the results are not satisfactory. The investigation and analysis conclude that the leakages were caused by the concentration attack of water and fouling phases due to the low velocity of cooling water in the shell side of heat exchanger and formation of sludge fouling. The corrosion has been brought under control after improvement of heat exchange process and treatment of cooling water.
