摘    要:随着工业制氧工艺的发展,制氧车间生产情况复杂多变,从物料因素、设备因素、工艺因素讨论道化学法在制氧工艺评价中的适用性。通过计算该工艺火灾、爆炸指数,评价火灾爆炸固有危险性等级,最终计算出安全措施补偿系数、最大可能财产损失等。结果表明,该工艺发生火灾、爆炸时基本最大可能财产损失比例为41%,采取工艺控制、物质隔离、防火三类安全措施综合后,可以有效控制火灾、爆炸事故的发生,并减少财产损失为25.9%。

Abstract:With the development of industrial oxygen process, the production of oxygen in workshop is complex and changeable. This paper discusses the applicability of Dow' chemistry method in oxygen making process evaluation from material factors, equipment factors, process factors. Through the calculation of the process of fire, explosion index, evaluation of fire and explosion hazard degree, we finally figure out the safety measure compensating coefficient and the maximum possible loss of property etc. The results show that the process of fire, explosion base MPPD proportion is 41%, after taking the process control, physical isolation and three class fire safety measures for comprehensive, we can control the fire and explosion accidents effectively, thus reduce property loss to 25.9%.
