| 摘 要： | 本文通过描述我国高校公共体育职业倦怠的现状，从社会环境、工作环境和个人三个因素分析公共体育教师出现职业倦怠的原因，最终提出对策，对缓解公共体育教师职业倦怠有一定的实际意义。

| Abstract: | Through demonstrating current situation of public PE job burnout in Chinese colleges, from three influences of social environment, work environment and personage, this paper analyzes reasons of the appearance of job burnout and proposes countermeasures, which are meaningful to relieving job burnout of public PE teachers. |
