摘    要:综述了微波介质陶瓷的性能与最新的研究进展,分析了合成方法对微波介质陶瓷介电性能的影响,总结了微波介质陶瓷的烧结工艺对其性能的影响,指出了微波介质陶瓷的问题及今后的发展方向。

Abstract:The development and present research state of microwave dielectric ceramics were reviewed. The influences of synthesis process on the microwave dielectric properties of ceramics were analyzed and sintering process were summarized. At last, the problem and development trends of microwave ceramics were pointed out.
