薄带连铸槽型布流系统的特性研究

摘    要:薄带连铸布流系统对其浇注过程影响很大,不同的水口插入深度、不同的拉速和不同的液位高度下,对于同一布流系统所引起的液面波动和流动会有较大差别。针对某厂使用的槽型布流系统建立了水模型和数值模型,研究了不同工艺参数下,布流系统引起的熔池表面流动和波动情况。结果表明,该槽型布流系统在布流过程中具有对侧封板端面冲击强,角部波动大,辊面中部冲击弱等特点,数值模拟结果和水模型结果具有较好的一致性。

Abstract:The feeding system has a great effect on the strip casting process. Different insert depths of shroud, differ ent casting speeds and different pool levels will cause different pool fluctuations and flow styles. The water model system and mathematical model were established to study the pool fluctuation and flow style under different working conditions based on the trough shaped feeding system used in factory. Results showed that the molten steel sprayed to the side dam very strong, fluctuating very high in the region of feeding system corner and not obvious in the mid- dle region when using this trough shaped feeding system. At the same time, the water model results agree well with the simulation results.
