基于ADAMS的H型钢吊具的动力学仿真

摘    要:通过对生产过程中安全性问题的提出,利用SOLIDEDGE软件建立吊具系统的三维模型,在ADAMS/View软件中进行动力学仿真,提出了一种较好的安全性预测方法。利用此方法,可准确地计算出H型钢的安全夹持范围。基于ADAMS的H型钢吊具的动力学仿真是可行的。

Abstract:As putting forward security problem in production, a good method of security forecast is given, by shaping a three-dimensional model of hanger in SOLID EDGE software and doing dynamic simulation in ADAMS/View, through the method, safe nipping area of section steel is figured out by rule and line. Dynamic simulation of hanger of H section steel is feasible in ADAMS.
