党内民主是党的生命,党内民主建设关系到党的生存和发展。新中国成立以来,党的四代领导集体都明确把党内民主作为推进党的建设的重要内容,对党内民主建设进行了艰辛的探索和实践,并在党员民主权利的保障制度、党内领导制度、党的干部制度、党内民主选举制度、党的代表大会制度、党务公开制度和党内监督制度等七个方面取得了一定的成效。

The Exploration and Practice of Inner Party Democracy Since the Foundation of PRC

The inner Party democracy is the life of our party and the democratic construction plays a vital role in the existence and development of our party.Since the foundation of PRC the four-generation leaders have taken the inner party democracy as the first step to promote the construction of our party and explored it with many efforts.Seven aspects have been made great progress,such as security system,leading system,cadres democratic election system,congress system,applying system and supervision system.
