| 摘 要： | 在电石生产中会产生大量的含有焦油和粉尘的炉气，这些炉气处理难度大，排入大气后严重污染环境。如何利用电石炉的炉气使它变废为宝，这不仅是节约能源也是净化空气、减少污染的一项综合性的措施。本文介绍了大中型密闭电石炉的废热锅炉生产工艺及内部结构以及在设计中需要注意的问题。

| Abstract: | A great quantity of furnace gas is produced in the production of calcium carbide. The gas is hard to process and seriously pollutes the environment. Making use of furnace gas can not only convert the waste into a useful material, it is also a comprehensive measure to clean up the air and decrease the pollution. The production technology and interior structure of the waste heat boiler for large and medium sized closed calcium carbide furnaces are introduced, and problems in the design work are also addressed. |
