| Abstract: | Considered the traditional RBF neural network′s deficiency of selecting initial center vectors,a new method is brought forward.An evaluation model of listed real estate enterprises′s business status based on improved RBF neural network is set up,which is made up of four financial indicators by using the financial data coming from 66 listed real estate enterprises of the first season in 2010.The model′s expansibility is verified by the validation samples of 30 listed real estate enterprises of the second season in 2010.The simulation results show that the new algorithm′s classification capacity is stronger than the traditional and that the evaluation model based on improved RBF neural network can forecast the listed real estate enterprises′s business status effectively. |
