| 摘 要： | 介绍键盘显示专用器件HD7279A的性能和使用，该器件是常用键盘显示专用器件INTEL8279的升级换代产品，与ZLG7289或ZLG7290具有类似的功能，但外围电路更简单。HD7279A具有串行接口简单，占用单片机资源少，可同时驱动8位共阴式数码管，连接64键键盘等特点。给出与单片机的具体连接电路。控制4位共阴极7段LED的显示，可管理16键键盘和软件流程。

| Abstract: | The function and characteristics of a special chip HD7279A are introduced for keyboard management and display.HD7279A takes place of INTEL8279.This chip is very similar to ZLG7289 and ZLG7290,but its external circuit is just simple.It can drive 8-bit LEDs and manage 64-key keybaord directly with simple serial interface,using much less resources of MCU.An application example is given which interfaces with MCU.It controls 4-bit LEDS and 16 key keyboard,including software flows. |
