摘    要:针对用水平仪测试竖直轴系倾角回转误差的数据处理方法存在的缺陷,在竖直轴系上建立一系列坐标系,推导水平仪坐标系相对于基准坐标系的姿态关系,阐述用水平仪测试倾角回转误差的原理.对数据进行傅里叶分析后,准确地分离出了回转轴线对水平面的垂直度误差,扣除这个垂直度误差之后,处理出的回转误差中保留了部分一次谐波误差和全部二次谐波误差.通过一组实测的数据证明了本文的数据处理方法比传统方法更为合理.

Abstract:Aiming at the shortcomings in data process of measuring the wobble error of vertical axis system,the attitude relationships between the level instrument coordinate system and the standard coordinate system is deduced by establishing 4 coordinate systems,and the measurement theory of the wobble error is expounded.Perpendicularity error of the axis line versus the horizontal plane is measured precisely by carrying out discrete Fourier transformation of the readouts of level instrument.When the perpendicularity error and the mean value are taken off from the readouts,the part of the 1st torder harmonic error and all the 2nd torder harmonic error in wobble error is reserved.Finally,wobble error of an axis system is measured by a precision level instrument,and the method in this paper is proved to be more rational than the traditional method by the practical measurement data.
