润滑油抗微点蚀性能试验研究

摘    要:利用MPR试验机,建立了用于评价润滑油抗微点蚀性能的定量评价参数,并考察了试验条件。利用所确立的试验条件对不同黏度等级的基础油、不同规格的汽车传动液进行了区分性试验,结果表明:所确立的试验条件对不同油品表现出区分性,并且评价参数指标值在趋势上都具有一致性。此外,通过延长疲劳接触时间,对两种全配方风力发电主机齿轮箱用油进行了区分试验。

Abstract:Quantitative evaluation parameters for evaluating the anti -micropitting property of lubricating oil were established and the test conditions were investigated in this paper using the MPR test machine. Discrimination tests were carried out a- mong the base oils with different viscosity grades and the ATFs with different specifications. The test results showed that the established test condition has the discrimination to the candidate oils and the indictors of different evaluation parameters show the consistency with each other on the trend. Besides, the discrimination test was also carried out on two fully - for- mulated wind turbine gear box oils through extending the fatigue contact duration of test specimens.
