高精度温控双金属及其制造技术研究

摘    要:温控双金属带材因具有价格相对低廉、结构简单、安全可靠等优点,被广泛应用于家用电器及温控仪表领域。随着工业技术的发展,对温控双金属带材产品的质量要求越来越高,其制造技术也在不断进步。本文介绍了温控双金属的特点及其应用、基本构成、制造技术发展概况以及室温固相轧制复合的机理,并展望了温控双金属的发展趋势。

Abstract:For the advantages such as the low cost, simple structure, security and reliability, the temperature control bimetallic strip has been widely used in household appliances and the temperature control instrument field. With the development of industrial technology, requirements for the product quality of the temperature control bimetallic strip increase, and the manufacturing technology also develops. The temperature control bimetal is discussed in this paper, including the characteristics and application, the fundamental constitute, the development of manufacturing technology, as well as the mechanism of the solid phase rolling compound at room temperature. Finally, the development trend of the temperature control bimetal is discussed.
