ATO纳米粉体制备工艺的研究进展

摘    要:针对电接触领域应用的掺锑氧化锡(ATO)的国内外发展现状,综述了ATO纳米粉体的制备工艺。通过对共沉淀法、水热法、超临界法的制备工艺优缺点的分析,阐述了合理选择制备工艺的重要性。

Abstract:According to the development of the antimony-doped tin oxides(ATO) applied in the field of contact materials, the product process of the nano ATO powder was summarized. The necessity to choose a reasonable preparation method was elaborated by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of co-precipitation method, hydrothermal method and supercritical method.
