投料方式及投料比对丙烯酸环氧酯合成的影响

摘    要:通过测定丙烯酸环氧酯合成过程中丙烯酸转化率、合成产物粘度以及合成产物的红外光谱分析,研究了投料比和投料方式对合成反应的影响。结果表明:随着反应物中丙烯酸含量的增加,反应时间延长。环氧树脂与丙烯酸物质的量比为1∶1.9及1∶2.1条件下,合成产物的酯化程度高于1∶2.0时。丙烯酸过量时合成产物粘度较低。投料方式对反应时间的影响不大;将丙烯酸与催化剂预先混合有利于提高产物的酯化程度及降低产物粘度。

Abstract:The effects of feed ratio and feeding mode on synthesis of epoxy acrylate were investigated by determination of acrylic acid conversion in the synthesis reactions,measuring the viscosity of product and analysing the product by IR spectrum.The results showed that the reaction time was prolonged with the molar ratio of acrylic acid increasing.When feed molar ratio of epoxy resin to acrylic acid was 1∶1.9 or 1∶2.1,esterification degree of synthetic product was higher than that was 1∶2.0.The viscosity of product was lower in the case of excess acrylic acid.Feeding mode had little effect on reaction time.Premixing acrylic acid and catalyst had the advantage of improving esterification degree and decreasing the viscosity of product.
