| 摘 要： | Cr12MoV钢制模板热处理后磨削时发生断裂。通过宏观和微观分析,证实模板的断裂属脆性断裂,导致模板断裂的主要原因是热处理时回火不足,模板磨削不当是断裂的外部原因。

| Abstract: | Cr12MoV steel made form board rupture after heat treatment and later grinding. After macroscopic and microscopic analysis, the type of the fracture belongs to brittle fracture is confirmed. Insufficient tempering is the main factor and the improper grinding is the outer factor. |
