摘    要:本文通过对进样方式、预处理柱、固定液、柱温等分析条件的选择,找出直接进样气相色谱法测定食用植物油中挥发物的最佳条件.

Abstract:The optimum condition for determining the volatile matter in edible oils by direct sampling gas chromatography was found through the selection of the ways of direct sampling and pretreated colomn,auxiliary liquid,columm temperature and some other analytical conditions.
