云南某钨锡矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:云南某钨锡矿含钨0.323%,锡0.140%,二氧化硅63.13%,三氧化二铝17.44%,氧化钙2.92%,氧化镁2.44%,在矿石工艺矿物学及试验研究的基础上,采用一段磨至-0.5mm,针对不同的床型,开展水力分级,进行摇床粗选,混合精矿脱硫、除铁、常温浮选分离钨锡的选矿工艺,获得了钨精矿产率0.31%,钨品位71.06%,钨回收率67.69%,含锡0.56%;锡精矿产率0.12%,锡品位58.18%,锡回收率50.94%,含钨3.80%,锡富中矿产率0.21%,锡品位4.22%,锡回收率6.87%,含钨2.69%,综合锡回收率57.81%的技术指标。

Abstract:A Wolfram and Tin Ore of Yunnan containing Tungsten 0.323%,Tin 0.140%,Silicon dioxide 63.13%,Aluminum oxide 17.44%, Calcium oxide 2.92%, Magnesium oxide 2.44%. This Paper based on the study on ore mineralogy and experiment, used the mineral processing technology of a grinding to -0.5mm, according to the different types of bed, development of hydraulic classification, rough selection of shaking table, mixed concentrate desulphurization, removal of iron, W-Sn separation flotation at normal temperature. The experiment technical indexes were: the yield of tungsten concentrate 0.31%, Tungsten grade of 71.06%, recovery rate of Tungsten 67.69%, Tin containing 0.56%; the yield of Tin concentrate 0.12%, Tin grade of 58.18%, recovery rate of Tin 50.94%, tungsten containing 3.80%; the yield of Tin middling 0.21%,tin grade of 4.22%, recovery rate of tin 6.87%, tungsten containing 2.69%, comprehensive recovery rate of Tin 57.81%.
