摘    要:本文以正利矿14-1103回采工作面的回采及支护工作和14-1107掘进巷道的支护工作为案例,针对该矿煤层顶板较为坚硬等特点,在巷道矿压及顶板离层监测工作的基础上,对比研究了动静压坚硬围岩巷道的矿压显现规律,以期在此基础上对该矿现有支护体系进行优化设计。研究表明,在距工作面110m范围外,动静压巷道顶锚杆受力规律没有明显差别,均呈线性变化,在距工作面30m范围内动压巷道锚杆(索)受力-推进度关系曲线呈对数型,在短期内锚杆受力增长了约70kN,锚杆受力增长表现出突然性,而静压巷道锚杆(索)受力规律始终呈线性增长,增幅约为0.5kN,最大增量8kN。

Abstract:The paper takes the mining and supporting of 14-1103 longwall panel and the supporting of the 14-1107 excavation roadway in Zhengli Coal Mine as example. With respect to the features of hard roof of Zhengli Coal Mine, the strata-pressure behavior of dynamic pressure roadway and static pressure roadway was respectively studied on the basis of the filed monitoring. Based on the monitoring results, the support system is anticipated to be optimized. The study suggested that there is no significant difference between the dynamic pressure roadway and static pressure roadway in the range of 110m away from the mining face. Meanwhile, a liner relationship between bolts pressure and distance to mining face is revealed. However, an exponential relationship between the bolts pressure and distance to mining face is presented in the range of 30m away from the mining face. In this scope, the bolts pressure sharply increased approximate 70kN in dynamic roadway. However, this pressure of static roadway remained liner growth, and the maximum growth rate is about 0.5kN/d and the maximum increment is 8KN.
