强烈动压巷道全长预应力注浆锚索加固技术

摘    要:寺河煤矿东四盘区胶带巷处于巷道集中区,服务期间受多次强烈动压影响,巷道维护困难,原有支护不能保证巷道安全使用。为此利用地质力学测试及钻孔窥视的方法来了解顶底板以及两帮围岩的基本形态,并确定使用全断面全长预应力注浆锚索对巷道进行补强加固。根据巷道中安装的综合测站监测数据,表明应用全断面全长预应力注浆锚索对强烈动压影响巷道进行补强加固可以保持巷道围岩的完整性,有效控制巷道变形。

Abstract:The headentry of the E. 4th panel in Sihe coal mine is located in the roadways concentration area, which suffers several times affections of dynamic pressure during the service period, and is hard to maintain the stability. The original support could not guarantee the safe use of the roadway. Based on the understanding of strata basic forms of the roof ,floor and ribs using geomechanical tests and borehole peering method, established the supplement reinforcement technology of pre-stressed whole grouting anchor cable. Comprehensive monitoring data in roadways show that supplement reinforcement with pre-stressed whole grouting anchor cable can keep the integrity and stability of roadways, and effective control the roadway deformation.
