| 摘 要： | 工程建设的现场管理是南水北调工程建设管理的核心工作.针对南水北调工程特点,按照科学发展观要求,探索建立精简高效、科学适用的现场建管模式,对于切实搞好工程建设管理和建成后的运行管理都具有十分重要的意义.山东省结合南水北调工程建设实际,就南水北调工程现场建管模式、建管机构的设置、管理制度建设、工程建设现场管理与运行管理的无缝对接等,进行了探索.
