FBG传感器实时监测CFRP加固RC梁荷载效应研究

摘    要:用埋入布拉格光栅(FBG)光纤传感器的CFRP加固RC梁可实现加固和实时健康监测双重功能。通过监测RC梁承载过程中FBG传感器波长来监测CFRP层应变,根据加固梁实时荷载效应计算理论得出受拉钢筋、压区混凝土的实时应变和实时测算荷载。通过4根RC梁的荷载效应实验发现,FBO光纤传感器与传统应变片有完全一致的线性关系;计算所得RC梁受拉钢筋、压区混凝土实时应变和实时荷载与实测值都吻合得较好。

Abstract:Utilizing the CFRP embedded FBG sensor strengthened RC structures can realize the dual function of advanced rehabilitation and real-time health monitoring.The strains of CFRP were calculated through monitoring the wavelength of FBG sensors during load-carrying process of RC beams,then the theoretical calculated strains of tensile steel and compressive concrete and real-time calculated loads are obtained according to the calculated theory of real-time load effects.The experimental results of 4 pieces of beams show that during the load bearing process,the linear relationship of FBG sensor and electric strain gauge is uniform;the calculated results and the measuring results of strains in the tensile steel and the compressive concrete,the real-time load agree well.
