岩壁吊车梁动力特性及响应的实测研究

摘    要:岩壁吊车梁是地下厂房大吨位桥式起重机的支撑结构,由于其受力十分复杂,目前所使用的设计和计算方法都忽略了岩石变形、混凝土与岩石的粘结力,也没有考虑岩壁梁在桥机运行时的动力作用,这同实际情况有一定的差别。为此,对于岩壁吊车梁的动力特性和动力响应进行了现场原型实测研究,取得了一些有工程意义的成果,为今后类似工程的设计提供了相关的技术参数。

Abstract:The rock-anchored crane girder is an important supporting structure for heavy bridge-crane of underground powerhouse. Due to its complicated stress conditions, the current common design and computation methods usually neglects the deformation of rock and the adhesive force between concrete and rock, as well as the force resulting from the movement of the crane on the girder. Without taking these forces into consideration, the calculated results could be different from the real situation. For this reason, the author does some on-site prototype observations on the dynamic performance and response of rock-anchored crane girder and obtains some significant engineering results, which provides some useful technology parameters for similar engineering design.
