离散型制造车间作业计划的虚拟可视化仿真研究

摘    要:基于生产调度系统与仿真控制理论,分析了调度系统GG-MES的数据模型与仿真软件Flexsim为平台实现车间作业计划可视化方法,提出了车间作业计划执行过程动态与静态并行的软件模块表示方法.其中,采用甘特图直观表示设备任务的排产结果及计划的静态执行过程,采用仿真系统实时可视化地描述计划执行的动态过程.将GG-MES生成的甘特图与Flexsim创建的仿真模型集成后达到并行工作的效果,可使管理人员通过实时甘特图对车间计划安排一目了然,通过实时的车间作业仿真,掌握生产运行过程

Abstract:Based on the production scheduling system-GG-ME and the simulation controlling theories, the data model of the GG-MES scheduling system and the way of using the Flexsim simulation software as the platform to realize the visualization of job shop scheduling were analyzed, and posts to using the software modules to display the process of executing those plans in a static and dynamic parallel way was proposed, among which using the Gantt chart to display the scheduling results of equipment tasks and the static executing process of plans, and using simulation to visualize dynamic executing process of plans. Integrating the Gantt chart generated based on GG-MES and the models created in Flexsim to achieve the parallel working effect, through this way, managers can learn the workshop scheduling at a glance through the Gatt chart, and handle the production process through the simulations of the workshops.
