径向柱塞泵CJT13-300BEA的故障诊断与修复

摘    要:对立式拉床CS-5061的动力部件-径向柱塞泵CJT13-300BEA的工作原理、结构进行了说明。并对立式拉床CS-5061的工进、快进速度慢、液压电机启动后偏心机构不回零,返回速度慢的故障现象的原因进行了分析、诊断,得出阀体与阀芯的卡死、间隙增大、滚动轴承的损坏影响了机床的可靠运行,在此基础上,对故障设备进行修复。总结了柱塞泵修复的原则和步骤。

Abstract:Introduce the working principle and structure of the radial plunger pump CJT13-300BEA, which is the power unit. It also analyzes the fault reasons of the vertical broaching machine CS—5061,such as working feed and fast-forward feed had changed too slowly, the eccentric mechanism cannot reset when the hydraulic pump starts, the rapid-return of the worktable is in bad condition. According to diagnosis, the author found that three factors lead to the trouble of the machine, the valve element can’t move in the valve base, the clearance between the valve element and the valve base had been becoming bigger, the rolling bearing of the pump had broken. On this basis, the equipment failures were repaired. Summarized the principles and steps of the piston pump repair.
