非对称渐开线直齿轮弯曲应力的有限元分析

摘    要:对非对称渐开线直齿轮的弯曲应力进行有限元分析。基于Pro/ENGINEER软件建立了非对称渐开线直齿轮的参数化模型,并通过ANSYS软件建立齿轮的有限元模型。通过对有限元模型的应力分析,得到了非对称/对称渐开线直齿轮在不同啮合点处的位移和应力分布。不同参数条件下的结果表明:适当的增大工作侧压力角对于提高齿轮的传动性能是非常有利的。

Abstract:The bending stress analysis of the spur gear with asymmetric involute is presented based on the finite element method.The parametrical model of the spur gear with asymmetric involutes is established using the software Pro/ENGINEER,and the finite element model for this kind of gear is then put forward.Moreover,the displacement and stress distribution of the spur gear with asymmetric/symmetric involutes are obtained,respectively,by means of the modal analysis to the finite element model.The results under the different conditions show that increasing the pressure angle appropriately of the working side is benefit to improve the transmission performance.
