自行车大链轮的数控加工工艺

摘    要:大链轮是自行车的重要驱动零件,其加工质量直接影响到自行车的运行状况和使用寿命。自行车链轮的传统加工往往采用冲压、滚齿、铸造等方法,这些传统的加工方法成本高、效率低和精度低,若改用数控铣床加工可大大提高加工效率、降低成本。主要介绍自行车大链轮的数控加工工艺。

Abstract:The big chain is an important driver of bicycle parts, the machining quality directly affect the operation status of bicycle and service life. Bicycle sprocket traditional processing often take the stamping, roll teeth, casting method, but the traditional processing method, the low efficiency and high cost low accuracy. The NC milling machine big sprocket bicycle can greatly improve the procesina, efficiency and re- duce the cost. This article mainly introduced the bicycle big sprocket NC machining process.
