小锥孔的精密加工与检测策略研究

摘    要:主轴是高速电主轴的关键零件,从主轴小锥孔的精密加工与检测难点分析入手,通过工艺方案的合理设计以及切削参数的合理选择,在高精度数控车床上利用CBN刀具实现了锥面的"以车代磨"工艺,并利用设计的专用塞规实现了锥孔截圆的在线检测,经Talyrond圆度仪实际检测,完全满足设计要求,解决了高精度小锥孔的加工与检测难题。

Abstract:The spindle is a key part of high speed motorized spindle.By the studying of precision machining and testing of it ’s thin cone-hole,it solved the problem from some aspects,such as designed reasonable manufacturing technology,selected CBN tool and cutting parameters,and machined the cone-hole with "replacing the grinding by the turning" for CBN tools in high precision CNC lathe,and used a special plug gage to measure cone’s circular section online.The result of a measurement shows the product quality conforms to design requirements by Talyrond roundness.
