| 摘 要： | 收球是采油作业中最常见的工作内容之一,是与投球相对应的一项采油作业内容;为了解决烦琐的手工操作,研制经济可靠的数字化自动收球设备,是实现油田数字化管理重要课题。在传统收球装置基础上,与自动控制技术相结合,成功研制出了适用于井场的自动收球装置。该装置通过计算机操作终端实现对收球过程的自动录入统计和判断处理,真正实现无人职守自动收球,是一种经济、可靠的自动收球设备。

| Abstract: | The ball is the most common production operation,is one of the working content and pitch corresponding a recovery operation.In order to solve the complicated content manual operation,make reliable and economical development of digital automatic equipment,that realize that the ball is an important subject,oil field digital management in the traditional ball.Based on the device and automatic control technology,successfully developed an automatic closing device ball suitable for well field.The device through the computer operating terminal to receive the ball can realize the automatic process input statistics and judgment processing.No one really realize their duties to be automatic closing the ball,which is a kind of economical and reliable automatic closing ball equipment. |
