焊装生产线计算机监控系统的设计

摘    要:电阻焊作为一种高效、廉价且机械化和自动化程度较高的连接技术,在汽车工业中得到了广泛的应用.搭建的焊装生产线的计算机监控系统采用R5485通讯协议,以工控机为上位机,下接可编程控制嚣、智能仪表和点焊控制器.根据焊装生产线监控系统的功能要求,采用MCGS组态软件设计的监拉系统实现了焊接参数的精确预置和监测,焊接参数的自动优化,数据的实时采集,建立数据报表和曲线显示,实现了焊点质量在线监测和实时控制.

Abstract:Resistance welding as a highly efficient, low-cost and high degree of automation and mechanization of the connection technology, the automobile industry has been widely used. Welding structures of the production line of computer monitoring system use the RS485 protocol to IPC for the PC, then under the PLC, smart instrumentation and spot welding controller. According to welding production line monitoring system functional requirements, the use of MCGS configuration software monitoring system designed to achieve the precise parameters of the welding preferences and monitoring, automatic optimization of the welding parameters, the real-time data collection, data reporting and the establishment of that achieved solder joint quality of real-time online monitoring and control.
