管材切割机控制系统的分析与设计

摘    要:分析了管材切割机对电气控制系统的要求,介绍了采用FX2n系列PLC的管材切割机的控制系统;设计了步进电机控制系统的硬件配置和控制原理图,该系统工作可靠、控制精度高,可满足生产的要求。

Abstract:Shaft to control the request of the system to the electricity was analyzed。It provides a high reliability protected system that uses FX2n PLC.According to the practical requirement,a control system containing hardware configuration and a principled chart of totally control system are designed.It is shown from the result of site operation that this control system work reliable ,function stability,control the accuracy is high,and can satisfy of demand the practical production.
