20CrMnTi硬齿面齿轮弯曲疲劳试验分析

摘    要:为了获得20CrMnTi材料齿轮的弯曲疲劳特性,基于Miner线性损伤累积假设理论,利用疲劳试验机,采用疲劳极限快速测定法,较快地得出被测齿轮的弯曲疲劳极限应力值,能为齿轮设计时提供准确的弯曲疲劳极限应力值.

Abstract:In order to obtain gear bending fatigue properties of 20CrMnTi materials, the fatigue limit rapid determination method is used by using the fatigue test machine based on the Miner linear damage cumulative suppose theory. The faster tests that measure gear bending fatigue limit stress value, which can be provide an accurate bend fatigue limit stress value for gear design.
