船舶气象仪故障诊断系统的研制

摘    要:研制了一种船舶气象仪故障诊断系统,该故障诊断系统硬件采用模块化设计,其主要模块均设计为基于AVR单片机的低功耗嵌入式系统,软件设计有专家系统故障诊断模型。试验结果表明,该故障诊断系统能够对现有各型号船舶气象仪的故障快速识别和准确定位,提高了船舶气象仪的维修保障能力。

Abstract:A fault diagnosis system of the marine meteorological instrument (MMI) was developed. This fault diagnosis system was developed with modular design in the hardware. And each module was designed with the low consumed power embedded system based on the AVR chip micro-computer. The fault diagnosis model based on the expert system has been developed. The application results show that the system could rapidly and exactly give the diagnosis of the MMI about the fault mode and position. This system has made the serviceability and maintainability of the marine meteorological instrument improved effectively.
