浮选机叶轮结构设计研究

摘    要:浮选机的核心部件就是叶轮——定子结构系统,叶轮的结构及工作条件直接影响浮选机的选别效果.随着世界范围内资源的枯竭和原生矿石不断的贫、细、杂化,对浮选机的研制提出了新的要求.而传统设计方法都是根据理论和经验设计,然后通过样机试验进行调整改进,设计周期长、费用大.利用pro/e的运动仿真和强大的分析功能,可以优化设计方案缩短设计周期,降低设计试验费用,实现浮选机叶轮的优化设计,获得更好的经济效益.

Abstract:Flotation machine core component is the stator impeller structure system. Its structure and working conditions directly affect the separating effect of flotation machine. With the worldwide resource depletion and primary ore constantly being depleted, fine, hybrid. In the flotation machine development new requirement is raised. But the traditional design methods are all based on theory and experience design, and then through the testing of the prototype they were adjusted and improved, but for long design cycle and high cost. The use of Pro/E motion simulation and strong function can optimize the design scheme to shorten the design cycle, reduce the design cost, realize optimization of design in the flotation machine impeller, and obtain better economic benefits.
