钻模套磨损量的确定

摘    要:通过一个具体的例子,阐述了生产现场中,采用钻模定位的方法钻孔时,钻模套与钻头会磨损,继而使所钻孔产生位置误差。针对该现象,首先分析了影响磨损量的有关因素,同时对位置误差和磨损量进行了计算,最终给出:为提高所钻孔的位置精度,钻模套应采用无间隙定位方法的结论。

Abstract:This thesis specifies, through a concrete example, the wearing between drill plate sleeve and drill bit on the production site when the method of locating by drill plate is adopted, which then result in position errors of drilled holes. Concentrating on it, it firstly analyzes related factors that have influence on the wearing capacity and calculates the position errors and wearing capacity. Finally it gives the conclusion that zero-clearance locating method should be adopted for the drill plate sleeve to improve the position accuracy of drilled holes.
