摘    要:通过比较考虑摩擦和不考虑摩擦对少片簧的影响,建立了相关有限元模型,并依据模型对少片簧进行了有限元分析,得到了片间摩擦对少片簧变形、刚度和应力的影响,为少片簧的优化设计提供了参考

Abstract:Through comparing the influence of loading friction and not loading friction on little leaf spring, the relevant finite element model is established. Then on the basis of the model, little leaf spring is analyzed with the method of finite element analysis. And the influence of interleaf friction coefficient on the little leaf spring deformation, stiffness and stress are received. The research offers reference for lean design of leaf spring.
