FANUC加工中心自动找正方法的研究

针对传统定位加工技术存在的问题,提出自动找正的方法,研究利用宏程序对加工中心上的工件进行角度和位置的找正,从而省去了人工找正和精密夹具设计。此方法将对刀和找正一次完成,操作方便,不需要人工读取和数值计算,避免了因人为计算及手工输入数据过程中可能出现的错误,保证了产品对刀及找正的准确性、可靠性和高效性,具有良好的应用前景。

The method of auto-correction the work-piece instruction based on FANUC CNC

For the traditional problems of positioning work-pieces on machine tool,found the method of automatic alignment.To research using macro programming to align the angle and location of the CNC work-piece,it omitted artificial alignment and design accurate fixture.To operate this method is convenient and do not need artificial discriminate and calculate,it can finish tool presetting and alignment at a time,and avoid the possibility wrong caused by artificial calculate and input the data.So it assured accuracy、reliability and efficiency of the tool presetting and alignment for the manufactures.It has a good application prospects.
