大型薄壁网格零件铣切夹具的改进设计

摘    要:网格结构加工目前所采用的支撑夹紧装置,周向夹持力不均匀,不能满足零件加工的技术要求。改进后的夹具装置操作简单、便于调整、周向夹持力均匀,可用于大型薄壁网格零件的加工,并能保证轻质化分瓣式大型薄壁网格的加工精度。

Abstract:Circumferential clamping force is non-uniform by the current process used by the grid structure of the support chucking .It can not meet the technical requirements for the processing of part thickness. Improved device provides a simple, easy to be adjust. Circumferential clamping force uniformly processing is used of the large thin-walled grid processing holding device. It can ensure the processing precision of the lightweight sub-valve-type of large thin-walled grid.
