| 摘 要： | 低压脉冲袋式除尘器由于清灰效果好、喷吹强度和频率可调、所需压缩空气压力低等优点,广泛应用于锅炉烟尘除尘系统中。文章介绍了低压脉冲袋式除尘器工作原理,阐述了提高低压袋式除尘器除尘效果的主要控制途径,并对除尘器日常操作维护等方面做了简介。

| Abstract: | All the time, because of the good dust removal effect, adjustable injection intensity and frequency, required low pressure for compressed air, low pressure pulse bag filter is used in dust-removal for boiler widely. This paper introduces working principle and structure characteristics of the low pressure pulse bag filter, elaborated the control channels to improve the efficiency. Introduced the daily operation and maintenance of the low pressure pulse bag filter. |
