新型齿轮副动态仿真

摘    要:在精密机电齿轮传动系统中,为了解决齿侧间隙引起的传动误差问题,提出了一种利用滑块摆块消除齿侧间隙的机构,利用Pro/E三维设计软件,建立了新型齿轮副模型.通过软件仿真的实验表明:装有该自动消隙机构的新型齿轮副无干涉现象,用软件仿真运动情况,测出相应点的速度及加速度曲线.

Abstract:In order to solve the transmission error from the backlash in precision gear transmission, this paper proposes a mechanism which uses slider and pendulum to eliminate backlash.Pro/E is used to create a 3-D model of the new-type gear pair, The imitation experiment by mechinism shows that the new-type gear pair installed auto-eliminate has not interference. Movement is imitated by software,the rate curve and acceleration curve of corresponding points are measured.
