摘    要:为了满足零件的使用要求,保证零件的互换性和制造经济性,在设计时应对零件的形位误差给以必要而合理的限制,规定零件的形状和位置公差。结合教学经验,总结一定的规律和共性,提出了积木法和剖视法来分析形位公差带和形位公差项目之间的关系,取得了良好的教学效果。

Abstract:In order to meet the operating requirements of parts and ensure the interchangeability and manufacture cost, the form & position error should be limited reasonably and the form & position tolerance must be provided in the design process. In the paper, combining my teaching experience and summarizing certain rule and commonality, building blocks and section are put forward to analyze geometrical tolerance zone and their relations, therefore good teaching effects are acquired.
