摘    要:重视员工职业生涯规划管理,有利于员工潜力的发挥,有利于企业实现合理人力资源配置,有利于留住核心人才;才能实现人尽其才、才尽其用,最终实现企业的可持续发展。提出了如何结合企业的人力资源规划和员工的个人特点,进行对企业员工个人职业生涯的科学规划、促进人力资源与工作岗位的合理匹配、实现企业与员工双赢的重要性进行论述。

Abstract:Paying attention to occupation career planning management of employee, can help the employees develop their potential, can help the enterprises realize reasonable allocation of human resources, retain the core of talent, give full scope to the talents and make full use of resources without wasting, and finally realize the sustainable development. How to make a scientific personal occupation career planning, combine the enterprise human resources planning with personal occupation career planning, make human resource and job match very well, and make the enterprise and employee achieve a win-win situation, are particularly important.
