摘    要:在介绍煤矿井下安全避险“六大系统”有关的政策法规和国内外研究现状的基础上,分析了建设完善安全避险“六大系统”的重要意义和各系统之间相互关系,提出建设完善安全避险“六大系统”是一项系统工程,应当在矿井基本情况分析和矿井安全风险分析的基础上,根据安全管理、安全避险和灾害救援等的实际需要建设完善安全避险“六大系统”。

Abstract:Introduce the involved policies,codes and research statuses at home and abroad of "six syestems"for safe act of rescue.Analyze the meanings of installing and completing "six syestems".It is a system engineering to install and complete "six syestems".Installing and completing "six syestems"should be according to the safety management,safe act of rescue,disaster rescue and other practical needs,on the basis of introduction the basic situation and security risk analysis of coal mine.
