摘    要:绩效考核作为现代企业的一种高效管理工具,对激发员工的工作热情和创新精神至关重要。文章论述了如何建立一套科学的绩效考核体系,即以绩效考核为导向的薪酬体系,寻找和探索一套可行有效并具有较强操作性的绩效考核方案。

Abstract:Performance appraisal as an effective management tool of modem company is very important for the working fervency and creative spirit. This article expounds how to establish a scientific performance appraisal system, which guides the salary administration and how to look for a practicable, effective and strong operational performance appraisal proposal.
