摘    要:企业发展和市场环境的不断变化,生产线上的员工出现了非正式员工.通过对国内外相关激励理论的探讨,分析企业中非正式员工现状、不公正待遇、激励机制上的缺位及偏颇,最后结合企业实际情况,建立相应的激励制度,激励他们在塑造企业文化中共同前行,为我们的企业发展做出贡献.

Abstract:The enterprise development and the changing market environment, staff made informal workers on an assembly line. Through discussion of the related motivation theories at home and abroad, analyze the non-formal employee status, injustice, lack of incentive mechanisms and biased, and finally combined with actual situation, the establishment of appropriate incentives, to motivate them to move forward together in shaping corporate culture, to contribute to the development of our enterprise.
