| 摘 要： | 首先阐述了带式输送机在长距离和重载起动及运行时存在的技术问题,即:张力波及滚筒的布置形式等因素对带式输送机的影响.在此基础上,提出利用变频器来改善输送机在起动过程中的冲击等问题.最后分析了应用变频器的给长距离大功率带式输送机带来的优点.

| Abstract: | Begin with the technical questions of belt conveyor when it works with long distance belt and heavy loads, including tensional waves, acceleration and the arrangement of rollers. Based on the abovementioned study, this paper presents a measure to solve the impact problems by using transformers. At last, this paper introduces the merits of the transformer. |
