基于远程集中计量方式的企业衡器管理系统的研究

随着企业生产规模的不断扩大,物资计量站点也随之增多。为解决设备增多和人员相对较少的矛盾,优化和合理利用人力资源,借鉴成功经验和缺陷不足。经过半年多的努力,成功研制了具有企业特色的远程计量称重系统,系统实施范围广,涉及衡器类型多,实现了与企业整体信息化建设接口的对接工作。计量人员在千米以外,就可对现场过秤车辆进行车号识别、位置调整、数据采集储存和统计打印。达到了远程控制、无需值守、如临其境的设计要求。该系统从运行以来,状况良好,受到客户的一致好评。
