| 摘 要： | 企业党建与思想政治工作在改革开放后的建设中发挥了极其重要的作用。当前企业处于发展的关键时期,思想政治方面的教育亦刻不容缓,文章分析了现阶段企业党建和思想政治工作的现状,提出了进一步加强和改进企业党建与思想政治工作的建议。

| Abstract: | Enterprise party construction and ideological and political work in the construction of the reform and opening policy played a very important role.The current enterprise is in a critical period of development.Ideological and political education urgent.This paper also analyzes the present enterprise party construction and ideological and political work of the present situation,proposed further strengthen and improve enterprise party construction and ideological and political work suggestions. |
