基于Pro/E的发动机叶片造型及原型制作研究

摘    要:叶片是航空发动机的重要部件之一,其型面复杂、质量要求高。以生产发动机叶片用的立体结构点坐标数据和二维工程图,使用Pro/E三维设计软件的曲线曲面构建功能,设计出造型发动机叶片模型;并使用Pro/E进行模具设计,最后使用快速原型机制作出其快速原型件。其流程为:创建叶片的三维实体—利用实体创建模具型腔—使用快速原型机制作出快速原型件。

Abstract:Aero-engine blade is an important component of one of the surface complex,high-quality requirements.This paper used to produce turbine blades at the three-dimensional structure of two-dimensional coordinate data and engineering drawings,the use of Pro/E three-dimensional design software to build curves and surfaces function,design model of the engine blade model,and the use of Pro/E for mold design,and finally the use of rapid prototype mechanism for rapid prototyping of its parts.Its processes as follows:to create three-dimensional entity leaves entity → use → mold cavity created using rapid prototyping rapid prototyping pieces of mechanism.
