| 摘 要： | 随着世界经济的发展,市场信息瞬息万变,企业为适应当今经济环境的变化,就必须提高企业的核心竞争力.从质量管理系统的角度思考,就如何在新的经济环境下,有效地运用ISO/TS 16949标准的管理工具,充分利用质量管理信息,解决质量管理系统中的实际问题,最终提高企业管理的效率和有效性等方面作了叙述.

| Abstract: | With the development of current world economy, already entered market information varies from minute to minute, enterprises in order to adapt to the change of economic environment, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Here, from the quality management system ’s perspective, in the new economic environment, effective use of ISO / TS16949 standard management tool, make full use of quality information management, solve the quality management system in practical problems, improve enterprise management efficiency and effectiveness. |
